Find another cab company because the wait for a yellow cab is at least a hour which is ridiculous. Or cabs say they came when they did not and trying to speak to a supervisor is just as bad when the supervisors hang up on you.
It’s the worse they have you waiting over a hr sometimes 2 and they say give it 15 mins they are the worse car service hands down
RecommendedFor all the complaining I do about people in the car loop at school, I just wanted to highlight an exceptional human being I’ve observed many times. The driver of this cab shows up early to the school every morning, patiently waits until the doors to the school open, and then carefully helps two children that aren’t his own out. Then, he stands outside (today in the cold rain) and watches as they go into to the school to make sure they get there safely before driving away. They suck. I ordered a cab and 40 mins later they still didn't show up. I called once to see what was going on and the woman said the driver hadn't been assigned and she would refresh it. I didn't have time to wait anymore so i just gave up and canceled as i would have been late to my event.
Yellow cab #1067 just ran through the stop into the pedestrian walkway WHILE a young family with a stroller was starting to cross. Then floored it and blew down the Safeway parking lot at a high rate of speed. Oh. And flipped me off.
I think Yellow Cab at is a great company cab drivers are nice cab are clean I will refer all my friends to ride Yellow Cab
Had a great experience...good, hard-working people who care about their public service to the riders in Baltimore and keeping fares low and fair!
