I needed a cab this afternoon at penn station and the driver ( cab 332)and the cab stand attendant told me my destination was walking distance and I should walk or take an Uber because it was a short distance from the station and didn’t want to give me a ride. I had a large backpacking pack and a large bag so that’s why I didn’t want to walk. Wow! Unbelievable and rude

Today, December 4 I was assaulted by one of your drivers simply for asking for a receipt. I called and put in a complaint, but I want this driver FIRED!
Yellow cab is full of it. Drivers are so disrespectful.
I am a handicapped person that uses MTA call a ride service. Today I waited an hour + for a cab. The handicap seems to be low on their list to pick up! I went outside to meet a cab 3 times 2 were just there looking for fares!
So...why is the wait time to get to a dispatcher so long now? 11 minutes on 12/11, and 14 minutes on 12/13. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've heard the local call center was outsourced. Is this true- and if so, no wonder people take UBER. I can't, because i use Taxi Access. What a shame. By the way, I called for a cab eight minutes ago, and I'm still waiting. What a way to treat your captive audience. �
