Yes Hate it Looking for a new service Keep seeing issues pulled out the paperwork to find they "only service" 3 ft around the house. Not worth the money spent. Dissatisfied 100%
WE CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A 1ST TIME VISIT BECAUSE WE HAD A COUPON OUT OF THE NEWSPAPER, A FEW DAYS BEFORE THEY WERE EXPECTED TO COME THE LADY CALLS ME AND TELLS ME THEY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE ME FOR THE NEXT MONTH DUE TO THEY JUST CANT MAKE IT OUT THAT DAY......REALLY!!!! I KEEP KIDS IN MY HOME AND IVE EXPLAINED THAT MORE THAN ONCE AND I JUST CANT LEAVE AT ANYTIME WITH THESE KIDS, NOR CAN I STAY OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT FOR 4HRS WHILE THEY SPRAY..... The manager arrived a day late and was rude and disrespectful when he just showed up out of the blue and I told him sorry we have things to do. I spoke to him personally and know exactly how he acts so do not try to cover up the way I was treated. You can not expect to have good customer service with so much "miscommunication." It's not right and I will not contact this company for service ever again. A waste of time and money.
Don't call me telling me I signed up for "6 months" when I didn't sign anything at all, not only that but constantly calling someone who does not want your service any longer and who has already made it clear is harassment. I paid to have my house sprayed and it did absolutely nothing, they made another appointment and didn't show up but showed up the next day out of the blue at my house. I will not pay these guys another dollar ever. It's called "leave people alone"
