RecommendedThe previous home owners of our home had services with Yates-Astro so they tried to just start billing us for things we never signed a contract for. My husband turned them away several times when they showed up unannounced. Today, they somehow found out what gym my husband and I are members of and called the owner asking for my husband!! He called them back after finding out and Ariel was extremely rude and tried to tell him we owe $1000 for a contract we never entered into. Shady business practices! Watch out they will bill for services never rendered.
They get rid of the bugs, and try to talk you out of, fixing anything. It’s not so much them, as the sorry people they hire to fix things.
