Great service Always responsive
Yates has been so great to work with. They are on top of everything. I haven't had any bugs since using them. Our bug guy John is so awesome. he texts me and asks when is good and comes when I need him. My kids get excited when I say "the bug guy is coming" because they get to ask him or tell him about the different type of bugs they see and he helped me teach them that food in the bedrooms will cause bugs. Always come promptly when called and provide excellent service
I always get a phone call the day before to let me know that they will be coming and to see if I need any additional services performed. The price is fair as well. I've never had a bad experience in the five years I've been using them. I did however, ask the service tech once for a quote on a specialized service a few years ago and he said a salesperson would reach out to me. I never heard from anybody but I also didn't follow up. I wasn't upset as my home is my responsibility to take care of and if I really wanted the quote... read more
