Our technician, James, is friendly and quick to respond. We have been customers for a long time and I wish Yates could train other businesses in customer service because Yates always goes above and beyond. My kids can’t wait for the “bug man” to visit again.

We’ve been Yates customers for a few years. We recently started the pest control services. The technician that came to our house was very knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions, went over all of the steps of the process he was going to do and he asked me to confirm for him what I was purchasing, just to be sure what I think I was buying was exactly what I was getting (it was). We are very pleased with the results so far and very happy with Yates services.
