On-time, personable, competent technician. If I'm home at the time of visit, he always asks if there are any issues. Have no complaints at all.

The technician was on time. He completed the service with in a reasonable time frame. He explained what the service consisted of and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

I love Yates. I don’t have to worry about pests at all. They call before they come and they are always accommodating to my timeframe. And the most important to me is they are ON TIME!! They are locally owned and extremely involved and generous to our community.
We have used Yates Astro‘s for over 20 years. They are fantastic. Recently priced, always come out when I call them. Here on schedule like clockwork. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing termite/pest control. They are very accommodating and so pleasant and polite to work with!
