Andrew, your performance technician, was outstanding. Very out of the ordinary, he shared a lot of information that a wise customer should appreciate. Incredibly knowledgeable for an engineer type like myself for which to be thankful. He was looking out for me in the long run, encouraging me to make a better arrangement with your firm for my best best interest.
