Excellent! Excellent service. We had termite damage and they came out and fixed it completely with no red tape or problems at all. They say they have the best termite warranty. Must be true: they asked no questions and performed expensive repairs flawlessly.
Not great Ive had the same experience as the reviewer above. Very nonchalant. They got rid of a small German cockroach outbreak only after I insisted he keep putting the gel bait out. He kept forgetting to bring it even after I told him the spray didn't work on the little roaches, I had to finally go on a little rant about for him to actually go get the bait and what do know the roachs went away. Not a stellar experience I have used Yates-Astro for a little over a year. I still use them for termite control, but I found dealing with their in-house bug man a true inconvenience. I also question how much good the spraying of this poison around my house was doing in controlling the pest population.The man assigned to my house consistently arrived at times other than the agreed upon appointment and his nonchalant attitude added to my skepticism about the thoroughness of his chemical application.
