My visit with Dr. Shahrour was great. I never had such a pleasant doctor visit in my life. He listened to every detail I told him. He made sure I understood every aspect of what he was telling me. The entire experience from the front desk, to the medical assistant, to the doctor, and the check out desk staff were all super friendly and welcoming. I was extremely nervous and they made me feel so comfortable. I can not recommend Dr. Shahrour and his staff enough! Thank you for your kindness.
My mother goes to dr yasser for her brain and seizures on 4-16 I dropped off a form to have doc sign so she can have teeth removed from her mouth, (myv mother has seizures so need clearance) paid $25. Was told I had 7-10 days before I get it back, well on the 4-22-25 I went back to update my mother's pharmacy and asked about paper.( these teeth are literally crumbling in Her mouth) so on Day 11 I called, yes your order was out in on The 22nd. Caring and thoughtful
Had a visit today Oct 11, 2024 and we found Dr Shahrour very polite and pleasant answering all of the questions my wife or I asked and explaining everything clearly. Personally I found him to be understanding and educational so I would recommend him.
This doctor never explained to me different issues with my neuropathy and he literally spent 30 seconds with me the last two times that I visited him. I refuse to go back as the entire group is unprofessional and rude and going to him is a waste of time because all he does is throw medication at you.
