Dr F Muller is the best GP I have ever had. He has been my GP for many years; and he is an excellent diagnostician but also willing to make appropriate referrals for applicable tests and to specialists as required. He is also very pleasant at an interpersonal level. I highly recommend him. Also, the best move they ever made was to terminate the walk-in practice and focus on long term regular patients, like me. It has significantly reduced wait times in the waiting room as all appointments are now scheduled.

As a South African expat there is nothing better than being accepted as a patient by a South African doctor in Canada. And then to have them be as kind as Marlene? Bonus! I feel like I can never move away from Victoria now.
No stars. Went there early this morning only to be told it was no longer a walk in clinic. Receptionist said they were not allowed to change the website. This a ridiculous waste of everyone's time!
