Great service. Great listings. Employees go out of their way to be helpful. Bob Stickland, in particular, has always been especially kind and eager to help although I must say this has been true of all at Yarmouth. Great office.
Yarmouth Management is by far the worst management company in the DC area. We thought it was going to be a great experience considering they did an amazing job getting the place we wanted...but as soon as we got in it’s been a complete nightmare the entire time! The place wasn’t even cleaned at all when we moved in, keep in mind we paid for December and didn’t move in until the last weekend of the month so they had a solid 2 months to clean up.
