I bought a 2022 Mazda cx5 from this dealer on may 14th. ****was my salesmen. I paid for the highest warranty they sell, and I paid for the entire car and warranty before leaving there dealer. I didn’t finance any of the car. I was told I would get my title in the mail within 30 days. I now have a few days left on the temp tag and still no title. I took my **** in to the service department this week to get a second key programmed. Without my knowledge, they did a multipoint inspection which detailed approx $10,300 of issues with my car. One was a bad battery. They stated every time they started it, they had to jumpstart it. They quoted $471 for a new battery. I arrived and the car wouldnt turn over. My husband bought a Transit Van from this place. They told him he could trade it in but as soon as he drove it off the lot the equity on this van dropped $20,000. No one wants to touch it for a trade. They also screwed him out of $1200 a month for a van that is not worth what they sold it for. They played my husband for a sucker.

*BUYER BEWARE!!* My wife and I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler on 9/21/2024 from **** ******. Mind you we paid in full. 2 days after the purchase the engine light came on. 2 DAYS! We took it to a local repair shop they told me that it could be the manifold sensor and if the light came back on then we were sold a lemon. They took my deposit, a week later I still dont have a refund.I spoke with 5 different people regarding this issue.

On the 28th you spoke with someone regarding your refund and it was stated that when a deposit gets put down, it goes through our accounting department. That will then get processed and then will be credited to your account. This process could take some time and should will be credited back to you soon. BUYER BEWARE. It is not the ****** dealer that you think. Briefly, reserved a vehicle last fall due to arrive in spring. Assured in writing that they would not be marking up the vehicle for local buyers. One week prior to delivery told that they are now going to mark them up $5000 above build price. Do not buy from Cheapest Factory Parts. They sent me the wrong parts and upon returning the parts to them as they requested with their promise of refunding my money, they never refunded money to my credit card. I was told by this company my credit card would be credited within 24 hours to 7 days. It has now been over 12 days and I am seeking legal action.

Very bad service they sold my son a car that only ran 1 month then blew up but yet they won't do nothing to help him never go there again
