Yard House is a great addition to Raleigh's lively social scene. The first of its kind opened in 1996 in South Carolina and today the franchise has made its mark across the country. Founder, Steele Platt, along with Harald Herrmann and Carlito Jocson, were looking to design a restaurant around an exquisite beer list and delicious American cuisine. Love this place! Food and drinks are fantastic.
Although service was good, the food itself was just ok..nothing great and definitely not worthy of the inflated price for a burger. In addition, 3 of 4 of us ( all 3 had burgers), got very sick a few hours later. Coincidence? Doubtful. Will definitely not be going back or recommending this place to friends.
I love this restaurant and it’s wonderful staff and delicious food and drinks.

Everything was great until I checked my bank account a couple of days later. My bill was $85 but for some reason I was charged $100 plus. I called and spoke with manger John who I quote “ told me it was normal because they are so busy and get tickets mixed up all the time”. How can you mix up adding money to someone’s ticket that has signed it. In my eyes that’s stealing. I know it’s a little amount but if they do 20-30 people a night that’s a large amount.
