My wife and I decided to go out for a date night using a gift card we got for Christmas. We got to the Yard House around 5pm today to try to beat the dinner rush. The staff at the front door immediately sat us and were very pleasant. This is the only reason why I gave this 2 stars. The resturant was not very busy. We waited for 15 minutes, probably more since we got to watch the whole 3rd quarter of the football game. Not once since we were seated did someone come up to us. First time there. Had a great, friendly server and the food and drinks were great. Excellent selection of beer. Everything was awesome until I went to the ladies bathroom. It was disgusting. Went to tell the lady at the front desk of the bathroom’s condition and was brushed off. Ugh.
I had an amazing evening with friends at Yard House celebrating my 50th birthday. Service and food was great. Darnelll was a great server and took care of us. The manager gave excellent customer service as well. I will give them 5 stars any day 💯.
Had an amazing time. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. Waiter Donell was awesome and the manager Brian was great. will definitely be back again.
great food and drinks and staff
Came into town to have dinner with a friend and our waiter was HORRIBLE !!! He was too busy chatting up with his homie behind us and everyone else that we didn’t receive our entree’s. He then FINALLY decided to come to our table after waiting 10-15 minutes to “Check” on us and ask was everything alright not even noticing that we hadn’t received our food.
