Yaple's Vacuum was born in 1957 when this family-owned business opened their doors on 23rd and French Streets to the first customer. In 1962 it became Yaple's Sewing and Vacuum Center as the wonderful world of sewing machines was added. The business moved to West 26th and Liberty Street in 1976 due to a major fire at the original location.
