This place has went completely downhill since the NP left. I have had appointments canceled and then appointments where nobody shows up. I was not able to make an appointment scheduled and let them know and Rosa wanted to charge me a $175 cancelation fee. I needed an appointment for my son but since they canceled my appointment for my son in March he had to be seen as a new patient again. The 3 month check in is a Telehealth or a 3 minute visit asking how business is with a stimulant refill! Great for the addict but destroys relationships and lives because we all know addicts LIE!
It is with happiness that I write this review of Dr. Rosa Negron-Munoz and Yantra Psychiatric Services. When I first met Dr. Negron and her staff, I was in a deep depression. I was being released from a hospitalization and my husband was somewhat frantic to find a new psychiatrist for me.
