They have been wonderful with both our German Shepherds. Recently we lost our kitty of 14 years and they not only gave us her ashes in a beautiful box with her name, but also included her paw prints which we just loved so much!!! I appreciate their compassion, sympathy and kindness! Thank you so much for caring and understanding. Loyal customer for life!!

Definitely recommend Dr Yancey and his staff! Our German Shepherd pup needed spayed. No one would have a conversation about gastropexy and whether it was needed/recommended. Dr Yancey was the first to have an honest discussion about everything, and gave us his honest opinion. Also could do her surgery laparoscopically, so her recovery was amazingly easy (a relief because she is a HIGH ENERGY dog!). Dr Yancy and his staff are awesome. Advanced surgical procedures and skill. Laparoscopic oophorectomy, minimally invasive! Lucy hardly showed any affects from the procedure. Only possible improvement, perhaps write discharge instructions in Dog.
Genuinely the most caring Veterinary Doctor I have ever known. Dr. Yancey's attention to detail & his caring manner go above & beyond in service. His staff is equally caring & attentive. We drive from Dublin to Marion & I would not hesitate to drive whatever it takes to see Dr. Yancey. HANDS DOWN THE BEST VET EVER!
I’ve only been to the clinic to pick up meds for my parents from time to time. Always have had a nice experience at the counter. I felt compelled to leave a review after witnessing not once, but twice in the middle of the night this week. I was parked at family dollar on my 3rd shift lunch break when I saw staff working on the daycare side.
