My fiancé had a couples spa package scheduled a month ago. We came from Denver for a weekend getaway. We get a call an hour before our appointment time from them telling us they over booked and can't get us in today. That is really poor customer service. How did they just figure out an hour before that they were over booked? They offered to get us in the next day but being from out of town we were not able to stay for that. They are sending a refund but it doesn't make up for their mistake. Very disappointed.

I was a good customer of Yampah spa for several years but after the way the owners treated Kenny Frost, a Ute Elder, after he came here for years and brought his music, drumming, stories, insight, and healing presence for FREE only to be treated like absolute garbage is disgusting to me. Kenny is 100% legit and helped many friends and relatives when they were struggling. As a Ute, he has more right to those caves than the owners. Came to Glenwood Springs Colorado for my birthday. Decided to go to the Yampah Spa. What a great decision we made!! Went to the cave and then did the salt srub. Relaxing and wonderful. We are here for 2 more days, and intend on going back! I'd recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to relax!! The staff was courteous, polite and helpful. Thanks for a great experience!!!
Used to love this spot. Kicking Kenny Frost aside I’m sure will ruin your reputation with the locals. Way to disappoint your people. We are all one tribe. You, SUCK!
