The concierges are great, the management company is terrible. For a year I endured a stalker harrasssing me who lived across the hall. The company did nothing to help, emboldened him to continue harassing me, despite being arrested on other charges in two other incidents. Ever since Elme bought from bozzuto the place had gone downhill. I lived there seven years and had to leave because they wouldn’t do anything about my stalker. Echoing others who raised the fact utilities are egregiously high. Every time the concern is raised, management does not provide a real answer. They blame it on the new utility service they are using (Conservice) , but it sure seems like they are trying to pass off their administrative bills onto the renters. Unlivable Conditions and Ignored Health Hazard I’ve been dealing with a severe trash-like odor in my apartment for over three weeks—since my unit was flooded with water. The smell is overwhelming and has caused me constant headaches and nausea. Despite repeated requests, management has done nothing.
