The concierges are great, the management company is terrible. For a year I endured a stalker harrasssing me who lived across the hall. The company did nothing to help, emboldened him to continue harassing me, despite being arrested on other charges in two other incidents. Love love love Yale West! I have seen so many great changes the past few months and I am happy to be a resident! Please don’t believe everything you read…be your own judge for Yale. We are a true community here! These were my favorite events and I met so many neighbors! Being from Ohio, this is what I needed to feel at “home”. Thanks YW team
If you want leasing and maintenance staff illegally trying to come into your unit when they "think" you're gone you would love Yale West! Attached is a photo of leasing staff coming to my door to take photos of my new camera (which they don't allow). I've caught maintenance tampering with my door when I was home to try and unlock it. Not a safe or professional environment. I finally put my camera up because as a woman I dont feel safe at Yale West.
I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my leasing experience at Yale West. From the moment I moved in, I have encountered numerous issues, but the most distressing has been the persistent mouse infestation in the building. Despite multiple complaints to management about the mice, the problem remains unresolved. The sounds of scurrying in the walls at all hours of the night are not only unsettling but downright terrifying.
