RecommendedThe pediatric ER was very thorough. We spent a week at the hospital and are so thankful for all the nurses and teams of doctors who helped to figure out my child’s illness. They were kind, respectful and nurturing during a very difficult time.

The pediatric ER was very attentive and professional as well as 7-2 south pavilion. All the nurses and doctors were accommodating with my sons care as well as the nurse manager regarding my feedback. The experience of the injury for my son was not good, but the care he received made him feel comforted and that he was in good hands. Healthcare at its best when they are taking care of their patients first. From an RN mother that knows good care when I see it.

Thank you to the staff 7-4 south pavilion at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital. They have been extremely caring and nice with my son the few days we spent there.
The Children's ER is horrific. If you weren't scared enough when bringing your child in, the lack of compassion, caring and knowledge will do the trick.
