RecommendedWonderful doctors and staff. Valet parking is horrible. My vehicle was damaged and I’ve been trying to contact someone and no response. So upsetting when this is the only hospital we use for both of our children and now I can’t leave my car with them and know it will be safe
my baby is in the PICU fighting for his life right now, and all of the nurses and doctors and beside him helping him fight. ccmc told Me he wouldn't make it to see Monday morning. that was over 2 weeks ago. Yale is doing everything they can. I am grateful for them. every second of the day

My Wife and I can not say enough great things about the staff throughout Yale Children’s Hospital. DR Ozgediz and DR Worhunsky and the team from pediatric surgery on 7-2 have been fantastic with our son over the course of his time at the hospital! Very grateful to to have access to such a great children’s hospital! Thank you.
We would highly recommend Yale NHCH. The staff is professional, courteous and great with kids. The staff answered all our questions adequately and most importantly, explained every procedure to our 13 year old daughter. Good job
Amazing care from triage, labor & delivery, special care unit, & post delivery. Audrey, Gail, Margaret, Jamie, I wish I could remember the rest of their names. The lactation specialists, even to the volunteers who hand out free books & explain the importance not only of education, but how to educate. I felt so much love & respect throughout my stay. I wouldn’t have chosen to deliver my child anywhere else. ♥️
Not all emergency personnel have the vocation to be nurses and doctors. I really had high hopes on this hospital but unfortunately my experience wasn’t the greatest. Especially when you expect your child to be treated with care and compassion. but I could not be more frustrated not only because we waited 9 hours at the ER but because the lack of professionalism from the nurse Belt!
