Absolutely horrible experience with Dr. San Juan. I waited 40 minutes to be seen for 20 minutes. I then waited 30 minutes in the room for x-rays to find out that the doctor didn't notify anyone that she wanted x-rays for me. During my follow-up appointment, I was told that I’m just more sensitive to the pain that is normal for my age and that people my age just normally wouldn’t “complain” about it.
