Everyone in the ED was helpful, professional and caring. Bridget, Katherine, Jessica, Lucilla to name a few of the amazing nurses. Emily that was able to explain and distract for my 9 yr old to get an IV was awesome. They all made this scary time as pleasant as it could be!
My little guy got his finger caught in the hinge of the bathroom door and amputated the tip of his finger. We were brought over by ambulance from Griffin hospital and immediately were put in a room. The nurses and doctors right away were amazing. We waited quite a bit for the pediatric hand surgeon to come in but because I work in the medical field I understood and was patient. the staff is really nice but they take too long
I been taking my kids here for a long time and they are the best ever they are very nice staff and always taking care of the patient with a lot of respect and care

The doctors are super knowledgeable and the nurses are just the icing on the cake. They did everything to help keep the children happy and comfortable.
Thank you is not a big enough word for all the staff at Yale Maternal Special Care and the staff at the Yale NICU. We would have never made it without your physical and emotional support and care. Every person we came in contact with put us first, whether it was sitting by the bed at 12 at night explaining in detail what was happening, taking 15 minutes to talk about a TV show when I needed someone to talk to and was beyond bored with the four walls I was living in, or loving the babies when we couldn’t be there.
