Look elsewhere. PT and OT and support staff are wonderful. As the day progresses, nursing care becomes worse and worse. 3rd shift is a nightmare. One nurse in particular on the 2nd floor Yvette conjures up images of nurse Ratchet! Far too many per diem emps., so care is sporadic at best. Terrific CNA's on the 1st shift!

RecommendedMy Wife and I can not say enough great things about the staff throughout Yale Children’s Hospital. DR Ozgediz and DR Worhunsky and the team from pediatric surgery on 7-2 have been fantastic with our son over the course of his time at the hospital! Very grateful to to have access to such a great children’s hospital! Thank you.

RecommendedWe would highly recommend Yale NHCH. The staff is professional, courteous and great with kids. The staff answered all our questions adequately and most importantly, explained every procedure to our 13 year old daughter. Good job
