RecommendedWe would highly recommend Yale NHCH. The staff is professional, courteous and great with kids. The staff answered all our questions adequately and most importantly, explained every procedure to our 13 year old daughter. Good job
RecommendedAmazing care from triage, labor & delivery, special care unit, & post delivery. Audrey, Gail, Margaret, Jamie, I wish I could remember the rest of their names. The lactation specialists, even to the volunteers who hand out free books & explain the importance not only of education, but how to educate. I felt so much love & respect throughout my stay. I wouldn’t have chosen to deliver my child anywhere else. ♥️

Not all emergency personnel have the vocation to be nurses and doctors. I really had high hopes on this hospital but unfortunately my experience wasn’t the greatest. Especially when you expect your child to be treated with care and compassion. but I could not be more frustrated not only because we waited 9 hours at the ER but because the lack of professionalism from the nurse Belt! She did NOT seem knowledgeable on how to take blood from a baby. I don’t even think she seem knowledgeable AT ALL on what she was doing! She even... read more

RecommendedThe pediatric ER was very thorough. We spent a week at the hospital and are so thankful for all the nurses and teams of doctors who helped to figure out my child’s illness. They were kind, respectful and nurturing during a very difficult time.
