The surgery went well,Yale is right on the ball..They gave me a pager and let me know via a phone app how long it would be,and I couldn't have hoped for a better stress free experience.
Wow! Not only is there the high level of care and professionalism that one would expect with a hospital with the Yale name, the staff went above and beyond. The sensitivity to the patients' families was amazing also and I witnessed several instances of employees caringly, patiently explaining things to family members. All of the nurses and doctors with whom we interacted were not only meticulous, but also very friendly, debunking the myth that to reach expert level, one must forfeit a graceful bedside manner. I can't say enough wonderful comments about my recent and past experiences with YNHH. Both campuses i.e. St. Raphael 's and Yale, have mastered the social art of hospitality,, combined with precise modern surgical intervention & technique , painstaking attention to detail and forget me not, follow- up. My opinion on this is that" at YNHH all patient's lives matter. These folks are my modern day hero's and heroines. l love you folks!�
Not happy had to wait about 15 minutes for valet to bring me my car on 9/19. Ridiculous when your car is parked across the street.
ER staff were very good with my mom. Everyone smiled and told us their role 9-5 staff were warm and friendly too! I felt safe leaving my mom in the hands of Nurse Stephanie. She was kind and welcoming. Drs Patel and Korn were very patient and kind with mom. Thank You. ����������
A registered nurse at your hospital named Christopher Adante has been harassing and verbally attacking a Pulse Shooting victim here on Facebook. Calling him a liar and how all of it was fake and no one was shot and screaming obscenities and such. I sent you a private message with the screenshots of everything but since you don't have messenger it might have sent to the other folder and wanted to make you aware of this immediately.
One of Yale's employees is harassing a Pulse Victim. He states he is an RN at Yale New Haven and that my friend who was shot in the back during the Pulse Shooting in June is a "conspiracy theorist" it is disgusting that one of your employees could treat a victim this way! This person represents your facility!! See comments to this review for the harassing post. And keep in mind my friend does not know this person and has suffered enough.
