I was treáted there all my life including my whole family.....best for miles around.i walk today thanks to yale new haven hospital....horray to them......
Worst wait time EVER.. AND the staff is very disrespectful
Never mind the lack of care I received during my admission (though my nurses and techs were amazing. The actual doctors...not so much.) I would rather focus on how Doctor Nnenna Ogundipe refused to help the 85 year old lady that I was sharing a room with (who was weak and sick from kidney dialysis) to the bathroom, instead calling repeatedly for a tech and then leaving the room. I wish I could give them no stars, but this is the only way I could make a comment. Yale treats you bad if you don't have good insurance. My cousin been having issues with them over the years trying to get help for different problems. And it's always the insurance issue. Their waiting rooms are long, :( by the time your name is called and you head to the back you'll see the doctors and nurse talking about irrelevant stuff. Also, there be empty rooms back there.
As far as I concerned the hospital is wonderful but when I bring my 71 year old husband
The doctors in the hospital and save my life the nurses done all the work also. I spent half the year in Yale New Haven Hospital smilow Cancer Center. I would not be alive today if it weren't for all of them.
