Horrible follow up for my elderly mother. My mother thought she had shingles. She called the office at 8:30 am and someone in the office told my mother that someone from the office would get back with her in 30 minutes. At 1:30 pm she received a call… Dr.Tsai was going home for the day… but my mom should be seen by a doctor. What????? No one was available to see my mother. I would not recommend this doctor for anyone.
Me & my wife has been patient of Dr Tsai from last 2 years. We have been meeting her for our regular wellness visits. Recently my wife had severe abdominal pain, we approached her through her staff. We were asked to visit ER, which we did. Unfortunately ER could not diagnose a proper reason, so for further course of action, we were suggested to meet Dr Tsai immediately. I’ve had the worst experience possible with Dr. Tsai everything was going well for about six months and all of a sudden I started feeling that the doctor is wanting to see me for every single thing that I ask about over the phone. I felt like she was just all about making money and requesting more and more office visits. She really listens and really cares for her patients. She always suggests what is best but also what makes the patient most comfortable. She has a wonderful personality, it’s infectious! Highly recommend!
