This company is horrible and has multiple complaints with the better Business bureau. We hired them to steam clean carpets after moving out of a lease. Paid over $300 and paid extra for deodorizers because we have dogs. They did a horrible job. There was dog hair everywhere with big clumps of hair around the perimeters of the rooms and still smelled strongly of dog. DISHONEST people. BAD service. STAY AWAY from this SCAM company. 1. They lied on the timing, and made me waiting for more than 2 hours. 2. The owner lied on his role; pretended to be a regular employee to avoid the responsibility. 3. They cheated on the price, refused to honor the coupon when they came to my house, and asked for $25 for just coming to my house, which is never mentioned before they came. 4. They were suppose to come 10-12 am. I called the evening before to get them 8-10. They said they were booked. Then, at 7:16 am they called me saying they can be available in 20 minutes. I said ok. They came and started to spray stuff. I asked what they were doing and they said spraying spots. They didn't spend 15 minutes or so I'm the house and smoothly the woman came asked for payment.
