Xtermite is great for termite control What a great company! We had termites in our home but did not want to TENT. We heard about XTERMITE on the radio and the fact that they use Orange Oil to treat. This sounded very appealing as we did not have to move out or worry about poison chemicals in our home. The crew was clean, on time and thorough. They did a great job, and we loved the orange scent too. Our termite problem was solved. We recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors.
Don't be fooled by IDIOTS! My wife and I had the opportunity to have Xtermite inspect and treat our beautiful home, that we sincerely appreciate. Thanks to the thoroughly inspection of Mr. Kidwell (very professional), we were able to treat all termites in our home with success!!! The Orange Oil used never damaged any of our beautiful walls ($$$), with the men who treated our home . These guys are the most professional and respectful of any company we have ever experienced. Ineffective poor prevention! This company may seem like a green solution but it was NOT effective. First most termites come up from the ground so go with a traditional perimiter spray company. Our home was damaged so we would NOT recommend Xtermite. Also their orange oil will stain through you ceiling and walls if you don't have heavy insulation. Once Xtermite had our money their attitude was awfull. Stay away.
RecommendedOur house was treated in 2017, warranted to be free of termites for two years (included in the price). Just had our two year inspection and we're still free of termites. No tenting. YAY! Xtermite treated our 2 story house and shed, got rid of the live termites, added DOT (Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate) solution to the places where the infestation was located so stray termites don't re-inhabit the house.
This company sux. 6 months after treatment we had tons of termites & more wood damage. Was told by another co. they obviously didn't get all of them. 2 yr. Warranty waiting 3 weeks for re-treatment They don't return your calls. Trying to sell my house. Supposed to close in a few days & still havent responded
This is a great company. They show up on time, are clean, courteous and professional. They controlled our termite issues without tents. We stayed home and so did out pets. Our friends and neighbors use them too.

Don't waste your money! – Xtermite uses orange oil which sounds good initially but it does not work as effectively. Orange oil stains and leaks through your ceiling and walls unless you have heavy insulation! Our home was damaged while under warranty. We found the service unreliable and a waste of money! You are better off hiring a traditional company to come out and spray the ground around your home. Most termites come up from the ground!
