Absolutely fantastic work very please
I contacted Bruno Bastos to renovate my bathrooms and build a deck for my home. Bruno and the workers were extremely polite, punctual, professional, neat, and did an excellent job in completing the job on schedule so that I could use the deck in time for summer. Bruno was very easy to reach, and he did a great job in accommodating all my requests, which I really appreciate because it was a job which other companies turned down. he does not comunicate very well, a lot of talk, no action.
My project was very complicated since I have a hill where I want to put a deck and stairs coming off it leading from my patio. The gentlemen that worked on my deck were Paulo and Glenis. They were great and really know what theyâ re doing- the carpentry is phenomenal! I LOVE my new deck!
I have no issues with the work that was done. They built me a new porch that I'm satisfied with. However, after the work was done and I had paid them, I discovered the porch light was not working. That was at the end of June. It is now mid September and it has not been fixed, despite my constantly bugging them about it. My advice, if you hire this company: DO NOT pay in full until you are certain every detail has been completed.
If you are a senior please do not hire Mr. Bastos he will rob you. I have a 5 year guarantee and he promised he would fix my rotting porches. It has been almost a year since he was contracted and porch is getting worse. he also over charged me for the work. Used cheap material that is now rotting away. thank you Agnes C.

Xtend Contracting management style (Bruno Bastos) is terrible, with no scheduling being provided and found it extremely difficult to communicate with Bruno. We signed a contract and the trim work that started on 7/29/2020 has not been finalized yet, with no expected completion date. In addition, we signed a change order on 4/7/2021 and paid the full amount as requested to finish the job that was pending, but we are still waiting. Since 4/7/2021 Xtend Contracting crew has only worked 1 day and now we are being asked for more ... read more
