Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I signed up for a 2 year membership and was told it was “cancelled” after 1 year. When I called a year ago, a kid answered and said it’s “cancelled” and the only way I can come back is if I pay for a “3rd” year. They are refusing to give me the full 365 days that I’m entitled to. Just got off the phone with “customer service” and the manager from the Massapequa location, Nermeen Azab, never documented my file stating that my second 365 would start at the end of March of this year... read more
If I could give negative stars I would. Where do I begin, first and foremost the customer service is absolutely horrible here. Nermeen is literally a joke of a general manager. I sent a lead to sign up for this gym and received a text from chris the 'sales manager'. Gave me all the info and I specifically said I didn't want to join because he kept changing the information he originally gave. Mind you. Ppl always find something to complain about. My trainer “Jack” is the best “Nermeen” she’s fabulous. They took their time with me and developed an awesome workout/meal plan well lifestyle change for me. 10 stars. The spa 10 stars. Love this place

I briefly became a member of this club. It was a horrible experience!!!!. Promises were ignored, machines are broken and even though i was a member for less then a week i could not got back any money i paid. They forced me to buy a personal trainer group of hours. I got none!!!! Stay away from this club There are a few better near by
Great gym Great classes with the exception of NOBODY returning weights or cleaning the machines !
