RecommendedLove the classes- I love all of the spin instructors - literally have never had a bad spin class. Also love Theresa and Sonia and Edna for strength classes. All kick my butt!

Steven K is THE BEST fitness instructor I've EVER met!! He brings it every time, and like other instructors, he cares about his members!! I really enjoy taking his classes because they are hard, but fun at the same time. One time he had us sprint every 30 seconds. it was such a fun workout!! I wish he can come on at night or later in the morning, but I know he has other obligations. If you're looking for a great class and you're an early riser, Steven is where you should be!!
Maria Mason is an amazing instructor! She is the reason I tried Xsport and the reason I remain a member. With her and another instructors help I lost my first 65 pounds. I am down 100 pounds and kept it off in large part to their classes. I cannot say enough good things about Maria Mason and am so happy in January she is starting a second class there!!!!!!!!!

By not stealing peoples credit card information and then refusing to help resolve the issue. Been trying since 8/21 to get them to stop unauthorized charges on my account. Yet they are still charging my account and can get no straight answers.
