Nope they sent me a fake check for money they owed me due to them over charging me with something I had already canceled! Ended up taking the check back and putting my account $600 negative. Never going back .. new member at anytime fitness though.
I was at XSport Fitness this evening around 7pm with my youngest daughter. We checked in as usual and I let front desk know I have a guest (as I always do) and he said, "okay have a good workout" so we proceeded to workout. As I was working out on one of the machines (my daughter was on the machine next to me) about 30mins later I was aggressively approached by a Manager named Noah as he stated (person in picture). they will over charge you and the customer service is the worst. I will stay on the line for hours for them to answer me and they dont even assist you good. they over charged me 3 times my bank went crazy. this is the worst customer service and all they like to do is over charge people

1. Charge $39.99 3 times on first month and I have to call corporate for refund, but there is no answer. So I have dispute the charge with my bank. 2. They made it very difficult to cancel (Mon - Fri from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm only) so I have to take one day off to cancel. 3. I canceled the membership but still charging me $39.99, now I have to keep calling or dispute the charge with my bank.
