Xsport has refused to honor my doctors not that I submitted while I was pregnant and on exercise restriction. I tried to put my membership on hold and after 8 people I still don’t have a membership and I lost personal training sessions. They take your money and have the worst customer service! It is a shame because I thought they had a good product but they aren’t into keeping customers around!
Starting with the positive. The hours are good and the gym gives you what you pay for. However the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional and very inconsistent. I usually bring a visitor with me and sometimes they ask for ID and sometimes they dont the one time my visitor that comes often and is listed in my group of visitors on their ipad leaves her ID in the car they give me a hard time about her working out and then began to consistently argue with me after i was done with the conversation. im just saying if thats yo... read more
Recommendedspacious, newer equipment vs their other locations, why? it may have something to do with community enrichment? They should all have the same equipment absolutely no excuses!
