I had cancelled my tanning membership in August when I found out I was pregnant. However, they have been charging me monthly since then and made me re-send a doctors note in. Upon doing so 4 weeks ago now, I had heard from absolutely nobody and had to take it upon myself to call, again. The last two people I spoke with over the phone were extremely rude, and after asking to speaking with a supervisor, the representative got very sarcastic with me and hung up after keeping me on hold for 10 minutes.
