I've been looking for a gym in my neighborhood after starting a new job and realizing the gym I had been frequenting was no longer in a location that made sense for me. If I could give zero stars for this place, I would. Absolutely WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I didn't get the guys name we encountered this evening-unfortunately. Although, I will get his name for an extensive complaint. No need to call customer service to go through corporate because I'd rather not sit on the phone for 45 minutes to wait for another rude individual to speak to again. This gym is beautiful inside. I haven't had a chance to work out here yet I just joined yesterday but David showed me around and knows his stuff and answed all my questions I had for him.

Great gym, great people! Some of the gay guys really need to tone down the flirting though! Other than that, love it!

I mostly go for my trainer sessions with Ben twice per week. He's a great trainer and tailors the workouts to be challenging as well as helpful for an old shoulder injury. The staff is always nice and the gym is always clean.
