Extremely rude staff. Went in to cancel my account because I'm 6 months pregnant and the employee literally threw a piece of paper at me. Never again. Learn some customer service.
I actually like this location. The only criticism is that the fitness team could be friendlier and more inviting. They always seem huddled in their on conversations. Other than that I'd rather come to this facility rather than the on closer to me in Skokie!
Out of all the XSports in the area this is my favorite one. Staff is great, members are nice here, locker rooms are always clean. It’s a place I feel at home.
Worst costumer service !! Very pushing to buy a membership and at the end they make you wait forever to talk to someone . I give 2 star cuz place is clean !
