Hiring ppl who "don't care" that one of your members got robbed within your facility, that's a real class act you got there. My fiance and I have been members at the Lincolnwood location for about 3 years now and can say I'm glad their staff cares enough to at the very least make an announcement when I lost my wallet. Front desk customer service at this place must be only present when someone wants to sign up. But then again what can you expect from ppl who only know how to swipe a badge to sign a member in.
