i like this location it's not to full in between 830- 1130 pm. Everyone is focused on their own routine and work out.
1st time going to this Gym to meet my trainer and all the guys were super friendly. greeted me with smiles and helped me around the gym. my trainer was very helpful when it came to explaining all the excersices to me and what each one did. (Im still new to the gym ect..) I have bad knees and switch excersices that will be easy on me. Maybe the one thing I would complain will be the girl's bathroom/locker room...it really needs an upgrade..with Lockers that are more new..cleaner bathrooms.
it's pretty nice. I chose that location to be away from things and meeting new people....I like new people.
