I had never had as bad of an experience as I'm having today! I pulled up with 2 cars in front of me, and was told it would be a 10 minutes before they start working on my car, and then only 15 minutes to do my brakes. I came here at 12:10, and it's 2:30 now, and they are still not done with my car.
