Dont bother with this company. They sill show you prices that are cheap but soon after you set up a contract with them the prices go up. A box of folders thats $20 at Office Depot will be $30 at XpressBP. If I call and point it out they will lower that price but then I have to constantly look at every other item to make sure something else didn't go through the roof because it will, every time. Finally an office supply company for the "little guy" !! These good folks have changed the way I order office supplies for the better!! FAST, EASY & UNBELIEVABLY PRICED!! This company is unbelievably great! From the time I call, the customer service team is sharp & on top of ALL my requests & inquiries! These ladies go above & beyond to get me & my staff what we need & most often times, if I call in the morning, I get my order the same day!! I just can't believe how awesome they are on their pricing & price matching...........they make it SO EASY for me & my staff. Don't know what I would do without them!! I am truly impressed & lucky to have them on my team!!
This company deserves NO STARS for their RUDE cold calling by KATE I had to add at least one star to post my review, but believe me they get NO STARS!!. I just received 2 phone calls from a woman/vendor from XPress Business Products in Houston. I caught her name- KATE- Kate hung up on me 2x after I politely told her we do not take vendor calls at our law firm, before I could ask her to send us something that we could keep on file, she rudely hung up. Great customer service is not their/KATE'S motto.
