Extremely poor service...Pablo promised that he would come to finish my threshold after doing the main garage floor. The threshold was never completed when the floor was coated. I paid him before this was done, my mistake, on Aug 30th so we are going on 4 months. My thought at the time was that it was such a simple part to finish. I was wrong. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you value integrity.
The finished product looks pretty good although I had to email and call countless times the get them to correct the bubbles on initial job....which also happened when they did my neighbor's garage. Very poor communication and apparently their phone never works and voicemail is always full. I have noticed some faded spots where water has pooled and tried to get some guidance from Jose but of course no reply.
