I have only good things to say about Dr. Xing and her staff. I've never had trouble getting an appointment and the office staff are always friendly to me. I like her PA Imy a great deal. I'm kind of on maintenance at this point in my treatment. The only criticism I would have is that Dr. Xing is scheduled so tightly that she does sometimes rush. But, I dont think its her fault as much as the practice trying to schedule so many patients in a day.
She’s in and out of the exam room without really paying attention to the patient. I didn’t trust her recommendation since her exam was cursory. She interacted well with the guy taking notes for her on his laptop, but didn’t physically touch my husband or explain the procedure she was recommending to him. She asked few questions and it was clear she hadn’t prepared for the visit by pre-reading his chart. We had a much better experience at Christiana Spine Center, where we got a second opinion.

Dr. Xing's reviews seem really good. I'm not sure why I did not have a good experience, maybe she was having a bad day. She rushed me and didn't really seem to want to explain the suggested procedure. She did, but it appeared she was annoyed with me. Additionally, she didn't discuss options, rather just basically told me what she was going to do. I decided to transfer to another doctor.
Dr Xing had me see a nerve doctor within her group and was able to pinpoint where I needed to have injections in my lower back. The first round helped and have a second round scheduled. Hopefully these will address my concerns.
Dr. Zing is warm, easy to talk to, caring and a good listener. I’m honored to have Dr. Xing as my physician.
Dr. Xing is thorough and will listen to your concerns. She genuinely is a caring doctor and will advise and treat pain. I have had multiple surgeries on my spine and she has helped tremendously. Without her injections and referrals, I would not be walking today. I would recommend her to everyone.
Dr. Xing had reviewed my mri ahead of time. Explained everything so I understood. Took her time. She is an excellent Doctor.
Dr. Xing is excellent. Before seeing her and being diagnosed with herniated discs in my lower back, I could barely walk. I’m 85 years old and was an extreme fall risk. After receiving 3 sets of injections to my spine over 3 months time by Dr. Xing I am 100% improved. I can walk without a walker or cane again! I would highly recommend Dr. Xing to anyone with a similar problem.
