I don't understand why people want to come to this medical office. The nurse here said she is too busy to take the blood pressure for an elderly who came in for a check up. (The office was packed with patients on this particular day) Isn't it protocol to check blood pressure and weight at check up regardless how busy the office is? You bill for a check up but you claim you have no time to take blood pressure or check patient's weight just because your waiting room is packed.
