Sean was great! He was very personable, patient and thorough. He explained every item he found in a way that was understandable to the receiver and answered any questions asked. He took time to ensure every crack and crevice was inspected and provided detail feedback. The inspection report was received in a timely manner and is easy to understand. I appreciate the quality of work and the professionalism he displayed. I will definitely be referring others to this company!

The inspection was very thorough. Sean, the inspector, was friendly, timely, and professional. He was very patient with me as a first time home buyer and did not hesitate to explain unfamiliar information to me. I would definitely recommend him to others who are in need of home inspection services.
Our inspection was scheduled for 10am. The inspection started at 10am and he was extremely pleasant and detailed. He provided the inspection/detailed as if he will live in the home, discussed potential issues and problems that needed to be fixed immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a detailed inspection and someone that cares (goes above and beyond).
