RecommendedThey love my Lola. Lola has some trust issues from being a rescue. Lola has some nervous attributes also; she doesn’t like having her face cut, but they have figured Lola out and have worked it all out.

I brought my doggo here for her first ever grooming appointment. She is a rescue and is very high anxiety. They were able to squeeze her in last minute and took such great care of her. The staff was friendly and my doggo's grooming was exceptional. I definitely recommend Xcel Pet Spa! 5/5 stars!
I usually love this place and recommend it to everyone I know. The girls there are so sweet and wonderful with the animals, the place is clean and everything is so greatly priced. I usually pick my dog up and he is clean and smells good, etc. But today I picked up my dog and although his nails were trimmed he stunk, kept itching and his belly was dirty as though he didn’t actually get a bath or flea treatment. Today was our first visit and I have to say, we will definitely be back! My Jim looked so handsome when I picked him up. His coat was soft, nails were nicely trimmed and he was sporting a Chiefs bandana too! The ladies were all nice and attentive to the pets they were grooming when I came to pick up my doggo (which is so incredibly important). Thanks for making my Jim happy and handsome ❤
