Today was our first visit to Xcel and we were thrilled with the entire experience! Great phone experience when booking last week, text reminder the day before, efficient and friendly check in and a beautiful result on our puppy. This was her first time at the groomer and she looks great!

We brought our 2 dogs Homer and Delilah to Xcel for the first time last week. In my nearly 20 years of having dogs groomed, I have never been happier! There is so much that I appreciate about Xcel's grooming services that I don't even know where to start. I do want to point out that one of my dogs has allergies and the other has very sensitive skin. Since being groomed last week neither has had any troubles or needed benadryl. Libby and I LOVE the service at Xcel. It's so nice to walk in and have staff members loving on my dog right away. They make sure she is comfortable, and I appreciate that. I really value the feedback I get when I pick her up after daycare.. It helps me to know how she's progressing socially, plus I know that the staff takes time to interact with my pup and gives lots of love and attention!! I’ve left my furbabies with Xcel twice now; both times for 4-5 days. The staff is amazing, friendly and genuinely cares! They’ll listen to your every concern and are very reassuring. Love them!
Excellent care for our fur babies - the Doggie Daycare is so affordable and so worth it. My young, shy dog has really come out of his shell by going to Xcel a few days a week. We love the caring staff here, and -more importantly- so does our dog!
