Rats were trapped at first, but there were so many to be caught that they switched to bait after 2 trappings. They could not come out to remove the 2 dead rats on the day it needed to happen. Something came along & ate the dead rats in the trap, Owner assured me nothing would die from eating them...Owner gave me nice discount for service. Price to being with was competitive to other companies. I'm satisfied so far.
